Choice Reading #2

I read more of my outside reading book, and quite a bit happened. I can also connect what happened in this part of the book to my life...a lot. Edward told Bella that they should be done. And that he is going to leave and make it seem like he never existed. This connects to my life because I have had a boyfriend that I have had to break up with. This is not an easy thing to do. Bella felt nothing. This was the worst feeling in her life. I might have not felt as bad, but it is still not a good feeling. You feel like you are losing a part of you. And it takes a long time to recover. You have to think about the other things in life that makes you happy. For Bella that is not easy. She doesn't have many other things in her life that make her happy. Edward was pretty much it. This is a totally different story for me though. I have so much going for me and I am so truly lucky. I just realize that the last thing I need is a boyfriend. I have so many other things in life that can make me happy. I also don't like having to depend on someone, and having to be around for them all the time, because that is what they expect. This book relates to my life a lot because this is all about relationships. And I also feel that relationships are life. Relationships in any way make our life. That is what life is about. So I think this book and especially this part relates much to my life and could to many other lives.

I have fun to jump in the sun
I skip on the ground, I swim in the pool
I fly in the sky, the brick does not dance
My friends like to twirl, in the blue
I am happy when I laugh, I sing to the clouds
I slide in the green grass
The blue sky makes me want to run
The 7 hands I wish I could use to help the world
The sour taste of gummy worms
gives the sweet smell of candy
Oh yes, life is good

Blog #1

I'm reading a book called New Moon. This is a very good book. It is in the series of books called twilight. The reason I chose to read this boo is because I just finished Twilight and watched the movie so I had to have more. I like this book because it can refer to my life and also to imagination. It is nice to have something to relate to, but also nice to have something that I don't see everyday and that I can have fun with. I am already on page 60 and I'm really liking it. It was recently Bella's birthday. Bella went over to Edwards house for her birthday and they threw a party for her. She was not too thrilled about this because she does not like attention. They all ended up getting her presents, which she also was not to happy about. While she was opening on of her gifts she got a paper cut and started bleeding, and remember she is in a house with all vampires. So Edward tries to save her and throws her with him away from Jasper. Then she gets cut even more and is bleeding a ton. Jasper is new to this whole not eat people thing, so he really wants to have Bella's blood. Edward did a good job keeping her safe. After the accident Carlisle stitches Bella back up and she is okay. Edward takes her home and spends the night. But the next day Bella wonders why Edward is acting so weird. She is pondering all the ideas and this really scares her. This is where I pretty much left off. I can't wait to read on!

So Much Depends

So much depends upon the wrapper
the struggle trying to get it open
So much depends upon the soft creamy texture
the dark brown, sugar, chocolate smell
So much depends upon the peanuts
mixed with chocolate, all to eat


So much depends upon the sun
the blue skies, birds chirping, heat beating on my skin
and the flowers sprouting
So much depends upon the air
fresh taste of sun and
cool wind blowing through my hair.
